Classes Offered
Relax with Yoga - relax as you streatch and balance. All levels are welcome. We offer an intimate class where you can get more individualized attention. Drop-ins (for 1 class) are welcome, but because of the small class size, you need to call ahead to "reserve your mat." Yoga class days/times: Monday - 12 noon (currently full) Tuesday - 6:30 pm Thursday - 6:00 pm (starting soon - call to reserve) Tai Chi - develop form, balance, and improve your posture, as you go through the movements of this ancient form. Massage for Couples Class - This is not couples massage (where you get a session). This class is conducted on a series of nights, where you and your loved one can learn how to massage, relax, and comfort one another. There is much hands-on time, as you take turns laying down to be relaxed. Next class starts in March: "Intro to Massage for Couples and Friends" (1-night class), "Intermediate Massage for Couples" (3-night class) Bowenwork Therapy® - Have you ever wanted to help your family and friends, to perform bodywork, but have not had the chance to get the training? This series of 6 classes that lead to certification as a Professional Bowenwork Practitioner. Each class consists of 16 hours of classroom & hands-on training. (No prior bodywork/massage experience is necessary.) This class is approved as 16 CEUs for LMTs (and soon for OTs). |
